What Kind of Samples Can You Request?
We do not send random samples. Instead, we match your brief with relevant base formulas, textures and packaging options, so every free sample you receive can realistically be scaled into a finished product with your logo and regulatory needs in mind.
1. Formulation Samples
If you do not have a formula, we will select 2-4 lab-tested base formulas from our library of over 5,000 formulas, based on your product’s functional needs (e.g., brightening skin tone, anti-aging, moisturizing, acne treatment, dandruff control, promoting hair growth, preventing hair loss, soothing the scalp, tanning, tattoo treatment, etc.). We will then fine-tune these formulas based on your feedback.
If you have formula or ingredient requirements, we will develop new formula samples for your testing.
2. Packaging & Aesthetic Samples
For buyers who place great emphasis on packaging and bottle design, we can provide neutral white or clear bottles, jars, and tubes of similar size to your project requirements: for example, serum droppers, active ingredient vacuum pumps, mask jars, shampoo bottles, etc. This helps you better envision your future brand image.
3. Starter & Demo Kits
If you are developing a full product line or a product kit, we can prepare samples of our best-selling sets: such as men’s skincare sets, scalp care sets, beard care sets, tattoo treatment sets, or rice water hair growth sets. Alternatively, you can choose to have a custom-designed demonstration sample package with packaging designed at the beginning of the project. Of course, this type of sample involves design and printing, which incurs a fee, and the development time will be longer than for standard formula samples. However, such sample sets allow you to test the product with your team and early clients.

Our personal care specialists review your information, check feasibility, identify suitable base formulas and packaging, and confirm whether your project qualifies for free samples. If we need more clarity, we will ask a few focused questions instead of long questionnaires.
Lab Sampling & Packaging Match
We prepare 2–4 curated samples per project: relevant textures, fragrances and pack types that reflect your target positioning. Whenever possible, we align samples with the formulas and packs that can be scaled quickest under your timing and budget constraints.
Sample Shipping & Feedback Call
We ship samples to your address with basic documentation. After your team tests them, we schedule a short call or email round-up to collect feedback, recommend any adjustments and, if you are happy, move into quotation and production planning.

Q: Are the samples really free?
A: In most serious projects, formulation samples are free. We may ask you to cover international shipping or use your courier account. Special developments, extra rounds or unique packaging projects can involve fees that will be quoted in advance.
Q: I only plan 500–1,000 pcs. Can I still apply?
A: Yes. Our free sample program is designed exactly for brands planning from around 500 pcs per SKU upward. Please be transparent about your forecast and channels so we can suggest realistic formulas and packs for your budget and positioning.
Q: Can you match a product I already like on the market?
A: You can share photos, ingredient lists or links to products you like. We will assess feasibility, suggest similar directions and prepare samples accordingly. We focus on creating formulas that are legally cosmetic and adapted to your target market’s regulations.
Q: How long does it take to receive samples?
A: Once your brief is confirmed and we agree on the sample plan, lab preparation typically takes around 7–10 days, plus international shipping time depending on your location. Exact timing depends on season, project complexity and courier performance.
Q: Will the samples already have my logo and final packaging?
A: Initial free samples are usually in neutral or “lab style” packaging so we can focus on formula and texture first. Once you confirm the base, we move into custom packaging, label design and full branding as part of the production project.
Q: Can you provide documents such as INCI lists, MSDS or COA?
A: Yes. Once we know your target markets and channels, we can prepare INCI lists and, where applicable, MSDS, COA and basic compliance support for cosmetic regulations. For more advanced regulatory services, we can discuss scope and timelines separately.
